YHR Technology (上扬亿华人科技) is not a trading company or a content agency. We are a consumer electronics OEM/ODM manufacturer based in Dongguan, China, with a 200+ person team covering industrial design, engineering, tooling, SMT, assembly, and quality control. Over the years we have delivered 30+ private-model projects for brands and distributors across smart glasses, portable power stations, wireless charging, and wearable audio.
What We Actually Make
Everything we publish on this blog comes from first-hand manufacturing experience — real production lines, real OEM projects, and real cost structures, not rewritten press releases. Our production covers smart glasses (audio, camera, and AR display tiers), outdoor power stations, power banks, wireless chargers, and Bluetooth earbuds.
A Look Inside Our Factory

Our headquarters sit in the heart of the Pearl River Delta manufacturing belt. This is where overseas clients meet our engineering and sales teams, review samples, and walk through OEM/ODM projects face to face.
Product Showroom — 30+ Private Models
Our showroom keeps every private mold we have developed in one place, from smart glasses and portable power stations to power banks, wireless chargers, and TWS earbuds. Buyers are welcome to test samples in person or request a live video walkthrough.
In-House Laboratory & Reliability Testing
Nothing ships on faith. High and low temperature chambers, humidity and vibration test systems, drop tests, and battery charge-discharge cycling rigs all live under our own roof — the same tests behind the CE, RoHS, QI, and MSDS certificates on our products.
Warehouse & IQC Incoming Inspection
Nothing enters production without IQC. Incoming cells, PCBA, and raw materials are sampled against spec before they touch a line, and finished goods are stored in a dedicated warehouse, ready for consolidated shipping.
Aging Room
Every unit runs a full-load aging cycle in our dedicated aging room before packing. If a batch misbehaves, we trace it back to its component lot — a discipline that keeps our return rate low.
Production Lines
Our lines cover SMT, board-level testing, final assembly, and packing under one roof, with clean-room style partitions between critical zones. That vertical integration is how we keep OEM/ODM lead times predictable.
200+ People on the Floor
Our real strength is people. More than 200 workers — many with us for years — handle everything from precision soldering to final QC, so quality is built in, not inspected in.
Certifications & Quality Systems
Our facility operates under ISO 9001 quality management and is BSCI-audited, with CE, RoHS, QI, and MSDS certifications across our product lines. This is the same quality framework that global retail buyers and distributors expect from their suppliers.
